National Framework approved healthcare recruitment agency Medline Recruitment Ltd founded over 5 years ago, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Business development manager to join our fast growing team based in Canary Wharf, London.Medline Recruitment Ltd provides a quality recruitment services to the healthcare sector delivered by our committed and experienced care staff and healthcare teams across the England.

We have been awarded a place on the NHS LLP, CPP and HTE Frameworks and are looking for someone who will develop our client base on the national frameworks as well as the private sector.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team. As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the day to day development and management of client relationships for both the NHS and the Private sector, which will include to build on existing recruitment business services and identifying and securing new clients.

The ideal candidate will be from an Healthcare Recruitment background and have a proven experience of winning new business and client development within the NHS. You will need to be target driven and competitive and able to demonstrate an understanding of recruitment solutions and services.

Roles & Responsibilities (not limited to)

Business development

* Build a pipeline of new clients via phone calls, client meetings, attending networking events, regular emails and social media engagement

* Identifying and securing new business within the NHS

* Identifying and securing new business within the Private sector

* Develop client relationships and build on existing recruitment business

Requirements

* Business Development experience within the NHS (2 years) - Essential

* Have proven experience of winning new business and client development

* Passion for Sales

* Money Motivated

* Resilient and hardworking mind-set
