1st Line/2nd Line IT Support Analyst - London

A leading Law firm based in London with offices across the United Kingdom currently have an urgent vacancy for an IT Support Analyst to join them in the London Office. You will be employed to be the first point of contact for queries and support requests within the firm. Part of this role will be to log and respond to all queries and requisitions, troubleshooting, resolving issues and escalating complex problems.

As part of the IT team you will involved in installing, supporting, administering and maintaining client computers as well as software and related IT equipment. Experience using Worksite document management system is essential to be considered for this position.

The successful candidate will be highly enthusiastic about IT and customer’s service, self-motivated individual with strong commercial and professional approach to work. To stand a greater chance of securing the role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, good initiative, excellent organisational skills and be able to deal with different types of people.

To be considered my client is requiring a candidate that has previous experience of working within a Law firm.
