Executive Personal Assistant to CEO



Our Client are looking for a Personal Assistant to Chief Nursing Officer to join their team in Marylebone.

The main purpose of the role is to provide personal secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and support all senior managers reporting to the CEO for Admin services.

The daily duties of a executive Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer include…

  • Providing cover for the CEO and CNO office, meeting and greeting
  • Arranging appointments, liaising with internal and external persons
  • Arrange meetings and take and distribute minutes
  • Maintaining CNO's diary & assisting with time management / best use of resources
  • Assist in event management & marketing requests
  • To arrange UK / Worldwide travel arrangements as required
  • Maintain and file accurate records
  • Preparation of monthly / weekly payroll including checking of cost reports for assigned areas
  • Provide secretarial support as required by CEO line reports

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate;

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong Computer skills to advanced level
  • Previous experience at senior secretarial or project management level
  • Hospital Health and Safety procedures are useful but not essential
