This is an extremely varied position and will suit a candidate who is looking to get involved within many different aspects of the business. The role involves marketing and administrative support services, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the company.


The position involves:
Organising external exhibitions and events
Liaising with organisers, ensuring sales materials are ready, booking hotels and transport
Create PowerPoint presentations
Responds to inquiries via email, phone and mail.
Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence other than mail directed to
individuals within the company
Prepare courier packages for send out
Maintaining office supplies and pre-printed stock
Assist sales staff in meeting deadlines for various tasks and projects as required
Maintain a comprehensive filing system including archival and storage inventories
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by complying with health and safety policies
Prepare purchase and sales orders with accuracy and correct signatures
Assists with reconciling purchase orders and ensures invoices are submitted to Finance
Maintains social media material and organise media content files for future access
Ongoing measurement and evaluate marketing campaigns
Creating and maintaining measurability models for all marketing activity
Assists with the updating of marketing content keeping it accurate with current pricing and trends
First point of contact for incoming advertising cold calls
Sourcing clients to take part in case studies
Making follow up calls to visitors of websites
Researching leads using social media platforms

The position involves:
Minimum two years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and scheduling applications using Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in providing service to the public in an office setting
Experience tracking and monitoring sales and marketing budgets
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
Flexibility; ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize projects
