My client are a high end residential developer currently seeking a sales coordinator to work in their head office based in Milton Keynes

Day to Day duties will be:
*Deal with website enquiries
*Phone website enquiry applicants or send them information or both depending on the level of their enquiry
*Diarise to follow up on applicants where necessary
*Responding to legal and purchaser enquiries on each development
*Ensure that all necessary information is sent to solicitor to enable them to prepare the sale contracts
*Prepare sale schedules for each development for office use
*Keeping all development schedules updated as events occur
*Collate and organise reservation forms on sales agreed
*Supply details of all reservations to solicitors for contracts to be prepared
*Ensure that price lists are prepared to supply to purchasers and estate agents
*Responsibility for sales database including ensuring that all development and individual plot information/sales is entered on property/sale database
*Liaising with management company to get the correct service charge information prepared ahead of a launch
*Prepare handover packs to be given to buyers on completion
*Ensuring that purchasers are given regular email updates regarding construction progress
*Liaising with management company in respect of new tenant information
*Liaise with local authorities regarding development naming and numbering.
*Communicating snagging items to construction team
*Professionally representing the business when meeting with existing buyers at a development to discuss the property and familiarise them with the area
*Liaise with furniture companies providing furniture packs
*Control the handover of developments - handing over keys and necessary admin involved on days of completion
*During sales launches deal with credit card payments (occasionally this will be on the weekend on a rotor basis with other members of the Sales and Marketing team)
*Plot sales progression
*Responsible for assisting with diary management and prioritisation of tasks
*Producing sales reports for department head and reporting to the board
*Create sales strategies
*Create budgets involved in sales strategies
*Assist in pricing development plots for Land & Planning appraisals
*Assist in pricing for sales schedules
*Obtain marketing budgets and agreements from agents with regard to launches
*Instructing and following up estate agents
*Creating development specifications, for contracts, brochures and construction team
*Inspecting all flats with the main contractors, finishing foreman and junior project manager in respect of issuing completion certificate and snagging items

*Check that plot sale reservation forms are completed correctly and feed back to agents any unclear or incorrect information
*Obtain sales and lettings comparable evidence for each development
*Attending industry events where relevant
*Ensure solicitors serve completion notices on the correct dates

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience within property previously.
