Sales Manager - Luxury Watch Brand, London

We have been retained by a world renowned luxury watch brand in their search for a Sales Manager to join their London HQ. This is a very rare opportunity to join a highly successful and growing luxury brand who provide their high net worth clientele with exceptional, sophisticated, timepieces.

The ideal Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving personal sales targets, delivering a first class customer service whilst managing multiple projects at any one time. You will be an excellent relationship builder, preferably with a client book and ideally you will come from the luxury watch or jewellery sector.

On offer is a competitive basic, an excellent OTE (£60k+) and a great working environment. Candidates will be provided with a full job description upon successful application.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful Sales Manager will:

  • Develop a strong sales pipeline and achieve defined sales targets
  • Build a loyal customer network - demonstrating excellent client relationship skills
  • Ideally hold a relevant client book
  • Liaise with clients in a consultative manner and assist with any queries
  • Manage multiple projects at any one time and process sales enquiries using CRM system
  • Communicate a clear brand experience


  • Min 3 years’ experience within a luxury watch sales environment
  • Have excellent client relationship skills, able to deliver a first class service, exceeding client expectations
  • Well presented with a proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Highly organised and able to deliver projects to clients within agreed time limits
  • Be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
  • A high level of IT literacy
  • Additional languages highly desirable


  • Ideally have relevant luxury watch or jewellery sales experience
