Sales Executive / B2B Sales / Business Development Executive

Sales Executive is needed for our client, a pioneer and market leader in the design and manufacture of dome buildings and glasshouses, to work in their office in Nursling, Southampton.

Due to the architectural nature of the dome buildings, a key aspect of this role is to offer creative or technical solutions and develop customer relationships, often over a long lead-time.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process within the domestic, educational and commercial sectors, including research, lead generations (cold calling and follow-up), customer presentations and site visits, quote generation, contract negotiation and closing sales.

Experience / Skills:
* Experience in B2B sales, ideally within architectural or commercial sales
* Ability to generate leads, both in person and on the phone
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to negotiate contracts
* Proactive and target driven
* Able to demonstrate success of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
* Ability to write creatively to write compelling

This full time role offers 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and a contributory pension and bonus scheme following the first year.

It is predominantly office based, with regular site visits following a training period. We are looking for someone who is proactive, wants a unique sales challenge and is keen to grow and progress within the company.
