An experienced Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk is required by our client on a temporary to permanent basis.
Once taken on permanently AAT study support will be offered.
You will be working within a small team reporting in to the Accountant and taking full responsibility for the purchase ledger function. Duties will include:
Processing vendor invoices and credit notes.
Processing daily parts sales invoices.
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Work within deadlines to ensure payments are made on time.
Support the finance team in areas such as month end and stock counts.
You must have strong purchase ledger skills, excellent levels of accuracy and previous experience of working with a high volume workload. Alongside this, you should be IT literate and a confident communicator.
