Sales Executive - Woking, £17k basic OTE £60k plus

We are seeking an exceptional, self starting and astute sales executive to develop new networks and partnerships working within the property investments sector.

You will be working as part of a thriving and growing team who are all high achievers and exceeding targets. This role will give you access to international travel and earnings to enjoy a fabulous lifestyle.

With an achievable OTE of £40k to £60k but uncapped (many of the team are exceeding this by far) you are fully in control of your earnings and our client are happy to prove the teams earnings on interview.

Your basic salary will be £17k due to the high salary on offer and applicants should be used to earning a high OTE on this basis. The opportunity to earn is uncapped with a realistic commission scheme to reward your hard work!

You will be responsible for managing a global network of agents to sell new and innovative property investments in core markets, driving revenue and volume of sales. (International languages that are advantageous include Arabic, Russian, Cantonese)

You will be working to and exceeding income targets, managing both existing and creating new relationships with existing sub-agents.

Your role will also be to guide and oversee completing applications, signing of legal documentation and ensuring relevant supporting paperwork is supplied.

The ideal applicant will have 1 to 3 years experience in B2B sales with International Clients, and be adaptable, desire to work autonomously, but be open to training.

About you!

  • Experienced in a target driven sales environment, ideally within the property or investments industry, however, this is not essential
  • You will be naturally passionate about high standards and take pride in guiding your clients, and may have first hand experience of International business or cultures.
  • Professional manner on phone and face to face, with excellent written skills and to clients within International markets (happy to travel within the role)
  • Able to work under pressure to exceed objectives
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to retain product, legal and industry information
  • Personality driven able to quickly develop a rapport with agents and clients
  • Strong with client management, able to influence without pressuring
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
