Senior Digital Insight Analyst - Retail - Fashion
Central London
£45,000 - £55,000

This is a brand new role at one of the world's most famous fashion brands. Sat within the vibrant EU Multi-channel marketing team, you'll become the first ever Senior Analyst in the Digital Insights team, helping to bridge the gap between technical analytics and business strategy by presenting insight and actionable recommendations to senior non-technical stakeholders, telling stories with data on a regular basis.

THE ROLE

  • Drive effective and rigorous customer segmentation and profiling across multiple media channels
  • Produce tactical analysis and recommendations, distilled into actionable strategic suggestions
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of in-house analytical packages
  • Oversee reporting strategy and KPI benchmarking
  • Contribute to the growing insight-based culture

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have hands on experience with at least one major Web Analytics package, ideally Google Analytics, Omniture/SiteCatalyst, CoreMetrics or Webtrends
  • Must have excellent skills with SQL
  • Hands-on experience using R is highly preferable
  • Experience and knowledge spanning website, media and marketing is a must-have
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

SALARY

If successful in your application you will receive a basic salary ranging around £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
