Full Time

Duties involve:

*Provide Full support to the Managing Directors and the wider team

*Organise Diary and Travel Arrangements

*Assist the Office Manager with the upkeep of office facilities and finance, including assisting with accounts payable and vendor invoices

*Meeting and greeting guests, and occasional support of visiting executives

*Scheduling of meetings, conference calls

*Compiling team members expenses (both out of pocket and corporate card), complete with project codes and receipts

Experience:

*Minimum of three years EA experience in similar organisation essential

*Intermediate - Advanced level MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required. Experience with Microsoft Outlook is necessary

*Excellent writing and proofreading abilities are mandatory with an emphasis on accuracy, spelling, punctuation, grammar and neatness

*Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple requests

*Attention to detail and precision

*Language skills in Italian would be useful, although not essential.
