About the job:
This role will involve challenging behavior as you will be supporting clients with learning disabilities. Experience with providing care and support for individuals with Mental Health Difficulties, Elderly Care or Learning Difficulties. Having a good knowledge of Learning Disability awareness and/or experience of managing Epilepsy would be beneficial.

Progression - All in house training will be done so that you can progress in your career as a support worker

Job Role:

* Supporting residents with activities on a daily basis
* Dressing
* Personal care
* Shopping
* Accompanying with appointments
* Encouraging Independence where possible

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates that have no previous experience in the care industry would be considered, however all candidates put forward must have a desire to work within the care industry.

Please Note:
* Flexibility is a must, due to working shift patterns
* You must hold a valid DBS/CRB or must be happy to do a new one if needed
* You should be happy to provide clients with personal care.
