About Us: Established 20 years, we're a Corporate Business Centre near London Bridge where we host Corporate events by providing training rooms, conference space, IT & multi-media, Catering etc. We also rent Offices Suites to Tenants and provide them with IT, Comms. & Admin services.
Your aims: be the professional telephone voice and the corporate business face of our Business Centre. Provide tours to prospective Clients promoting our services to gain orders and payment. Maximize performance to achieve optimum Business Centre occupancy and efficiency.
Based from Front of House you'll ensure daily an excellent reception to all attendees, that setups of customer rooms and lunch orders are 100% accurate. That Office Suite Tenants are effectively serviced. Administrator all orders and purchases. Maintain and improve facilities and resources.
The Team: Office Supervisor, Catering Assistant, Cleaners & Maintenance Companies.
Reporting to: M.D.
Min Exp. & Skills Reqd.: Corporate Customer Facing background, used Microsoft Office in work environment, excellent telephone manner, suited and booted, confident enough to represent a City Business Centre, physically strong, healthy with lots of energy!
