My client are a vibrant, agile and exciting business - they are a strong brand with a great reputation and deliver their values to be centred around the customer experience. Due to significant growth, they are looking to add a number of New Business Development Managers to their team based in London.

The business excel in Telecommunications with a focus on Connectivity & Voice Solutions - this could include SIP, ISDN, Managed Unified Communications, Multi-Site Networks, Fibre & Ethernet Service.

The role is 100% new business and you will be a sales person with 3-5+ years of experience in a new business role selling to mid-market and enterprise clients. You may come from a telecommunications background, but I will also consider candidates from an IT background or other technology with a complex proposition.

Commission is completely uncapped and targets are both fair & realistic, there is a real chance to earn over your OTE - however that will take an exceptional sales person and one that is prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to generating your own leads through social media, networking events, your own network, leads from the internal team and referrals. This is a hunter role and needs someone who loves to win new business in new logo accounts.
