My client are a vibrant, agile and exciting business - they are a strong brand with a great reputation and deliver their values to be centred around the customer experience. Due to significant growth, they are looking to add Sales Manager to head up a new business field sales team based in London.

The business excel in Telecommunications with a focus on Connectivity & Voice Solutions - this could include SIP, ISDN, Managed Unified Communications, Multi-Site Networks, Fibre & Ethernet Service.

The role is to manage a team who are 100% new business and you will be a Sales Manager with 3-5+ years of experience in a managing a new business team selling to mid-market and enterprise clients. You must come from a telecommunications background - ideally with experience in Voice or Connectivity Solutions.

Commission is completely uncapped and targets are both fair & realistic, there is a real chance to earn over your OTE - however that will take an exceptional sales leader and one that is prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to developing, mentoring and coaching a sales team, motivating lead generation, shadowing and leading (where appropriate) client meetings and recruiting the right sales people in to the business to grow and ultimately raise the bar and smash targets!
