Contracts Manager - Residential - Sussex / Surrey - A design led, market leading residential developer is currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager. If you are a Contracts Manager with experience leading site teams across multiple projects, or perhaps a Project Manager who has led huge sites with multiple phases running concurrently then I want to hear from you. I specifically need people for the West Sussex / Surrey / M23 / A3 Corridor region covering West Sussex and Surrey from the South Coast to the M25. No sites are in London.

A Contracts Manager with this developer will work with two other Contracts Managers, the Head of Construction and the Construction Secretary to look after sites throughout the region. On average each Contracts Manager will have 4 live sites with a team of Site Managers on each development.

2017 and 2018 are exciting times as there are quite a number of new projects starting for this developer. It gives the Contracts Managers to run projects from the start and maintain tight control, rather than inheriting somebody else's problems.

The company pay well, have a structured bonus scheme , have a good car scheme and are committed not to lose out on the best talent because of salaries.
