Your new company
Your new company specialises in real estate and investment management services and is looking for Building Operations Coordinator to join their corporate organisation. They operate in over 80 countries locally and regionally and are expanding year on year. Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for the creation and adherence of planned maintenance and attendance to unplanned maintenance activity. You will respond to any issues on site with regards to helpdesk queries, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met. You will manage the local supplier base providing maintenance, project activity and cleaning. You will track electrical, water and gas and create innovative ideas to improve the sustainability of the contract. You will meet with safety groups putting actions in place where appropriate. You will oversee and manage the manuals for management and attend all site inspections. You will support the moves team with any office changes or amendments. You will raise and manage purchase orders and manage any health and safety issues for the site.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to have experience within a high profile corporate environment, and have working knowledge of statutory and regulatory maintenance. You will be required to have an intermediate level in Microsoft Office Package. You will be required to have the ability to maintain and create customer relationships and have a reactive and proactive approach with excellent organisation skills. You will have problem solving skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
