Mechanical Project Manager

Client/Role - My client is a top tier M&E Contractor based in Central London. The company has been in business for over 75 years and currently have a turnover in excess of £80 million. They focus on projects within London and the South East and currently have a full order book for the next 5 years. They require a Mechanical Project Manager to work within the Commercial New Build/Fit Out sector overseeing a projects between £5 million - £25 million.

Candidate - It is preferable that the candidate has previous experience within the Commercial/ Residential sector. My client is open to the individual's details whether it be from an educational/ practical background. Ideally the candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience in the Mechanical Building Services industry.

Benefits - My client are offering a Basic Salary of up to £75,000. In addition they are offering an extensive benefits package including a car allowance, travel expenses, Pension, healthcare and discretionary bonus.
