As the Senior Account Director for this highly successful Retail Consultancy you will work with a defined group of fast moving Retailers & major Brands in the UK & Europe, building trusted relationships and working to develop & close additional technology services and solutions sales within each account.

With a superb organisation behind you, you will have plenty of scope to offer a wide range of technology services and solutions including Multi Channel eCommerce platforms, Strategic Consultancy, Retail Strategy development, Systems Integration, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Operational support & mission critical Managed Services.

Experiencing excellent business growth, the Senior Account Director can be confident that this Retail focused technology & solutions business enjoy a proven track record for providing their Retail clients with superb returns on their technology investments.

Suitable Candidates will need to be confident presenters, able to guide and influence CxO level audiences towards the best technical ecommerce solutions for their businesses and have a good track record of growing SaaS/Cloud revenues with Retailers.

Highly motivated with a passion for delivering outstanding service, you must have experience of the Retail industry, either Client or Consultancy side, and be able to create & build long term relationships with your clients senior Executives & technical teams.

Previous experience of selling Saas/Cloud ecommerce platforms ie. Magento, Hybris, Commerce Cloud, Demandware, Digital River, Websphere Commerce, ATG Web Commerce etc, into allocated accounts or as a new business specialist is ideal.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensuring highly visible within each account
  • Delivering the revenue targets through service renewals & new business generation within your accounts
  • Develop Account Plans for each specific customer and execute those effectively
  • Record & track sales activity using Salesforce
  • Work closely with the technology & consulting teams to ensure clients receive the required services or solutions within the agreed timescales
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and maximising opportunities through regular service delivery meetings
  • Address issues and problems proactively
  • Manage all client contracts and renewal negotiations
  • Work with the wider business development & technology teams for bids and proposals
