Their solution allows Retailers to conduct business across the globe with ease, creating a smooth and localised customer experience, increasing revenue and loyalty.


The Role

You will play a pivotal role as a Customer Success Manager. You will manage a number of customers from multiple verticals. This is a client facing role, so as well as being in the office, you will travel to meet with clients. Your goal will be focussed towards account growth and retention. New business accounts will be handed over to you by the new business team for you to keep satisfied and to retain

*Experience in the Digital Marketing arena
*Fluency in French
