The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills to identify fresh opportunities in blue chip companies. You will need to explore each client's needs and adapt your approach to accomplish their individual Security Bollards requirements. Your time will be focused on generating your own leads to source potential clients. You will need to communicate with all your clients not only throughout the full sale cycle, to ensuring you are continuously meeting the clients' standards.

Experience Required:
The new Business Development Manager must have experience in selling Bollards, Barriers, High Security Gates, Access Control, Street Furniture or a Security related product. We need someone with knowledge of the industry as well as understanding the full sale cycle. You will need to be a hunter for seeking new business and proficient at generating your own leads. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.

The Package:
The offered package for a Business Development Manager is a base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience with an uncapped OTE of £60,000 in your first year. You will also receive company car, company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
