£25,000 to £30,000 per annum
My client is a leader within their industry, supporting clients globally in providing innovative, compliant digital solutions. The purpose of this role is to manage and maintain the key and existing client accounts as well as ensuring the efficient running of the department. You will create a supportive and effective work environment to enable the department to achieve the approved targets, working closely with the Sales and Business Development team to identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage existing and new key client accounts
Oversee the day-to-day running of the team
Liaise with clients on a regular basis to develop relationships and build business where possible
Identify upselling opportunities with new clients and publishers
Organise and host meetings with clients
Create and deliver client presentations as required
Organise and lead feedback and appraisals of team
Oversee training and mentoring of new personnel and provide constructive feedback as necessary
Monitoring, reacting to, and reporting on the quarterly figures in meetings with Directors.
The successful candidate will have:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent
1 year minimum experience in Senior Account Management
Excellent English communication skills, both written & oral
Proficient IT skills: Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Highly numerate - Good data and business analysis and reporting skills
Excellent time management skills
Confident in presenting and negotiating
Strong logistical background.
This is a varied and responsible role working for a fantastic employer. In this role you will be required to travel to London when required and occasional International travel due to the nature of the clients you will be managing. Please apply to be considered!
