There is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the team, with key responsibility for the day to day management of the Food Service and Retail products as well as inputting into the longer-term strategic marketing vision. Looking to expand across both arms of the business, this is a great opportunity for someone passionate about food and upcoming trends to input into the future ranges.
Working within a tight-knit yet dynamic environment, this will be a varied role which will require candidates to get stuck in and really integrate within the business.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will support across areas of marketing with a focus on the creation and execution of marketing assets and materials as well as trend analysis to spot the next big gap in the market!
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Planning and implementation of the company marketing strategy
- Portfolio management
- Insights analysis, reporting and forecast
- Price positioning and market analysis
- NPD research and idea generation
- PR and social media activities
- Cross functional working
The successful person for this vacancy will enjoy working in a varied and close-knit environment and will display a keen interest in working in a small yet entrepreneurial business. This role will suit someone who is a real foody who shows passion for food trends and innovations.
Crown Foods are looking for someone with the following skills and qualities:
Strong marketing experience, ideally in food but this is not a prerequisite
- Entrepreneurial thinker, able to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Willingness to get involved across all areas of the business
- Strong commercial acumen
- Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
- Experience in consumer marketing, ideally food but this is not a prerequisite
- Experience working with digital marketing would be desirable but not necessary
What's on offer?
There is a package on offer of up to £35,000 (dependent on experience.)
This is a full time role, based in Lymington, with direct report into the Marketing Director and brilliant potential to scope out the role and make it your own!
