Technical Account Manager (Managed Security Services), High Wycombe
A Technical Account Manager is required to join a global telecoms provider to join their fast growing managed security division within the business.
We are looking for someone to manage the technical post-sales relationships for our client's accounts, and to serve as the primary technical client contact and advocate for day to day and escalated issues and requests.
The successful must have experience in account management/client relationship supporting and experience with firewalls, proxies and IDS / IPS.
A Technical understanding of SIEM, DDoS, Switching or Networking protocols (LAN/WAN) are also desirable; preferable to have CISP and CISM.
The right candidate must have the ability to travel for customer meeting/service reviews.
