A target driven Account Manager / Senior Account Manager is required to join a leading product Design & Sourcing company to work on Global Film Studio accounts. Established for over 16 years the company have worked with major film studios including The Walt Disney Company, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros, Paramount, DreamWorks, Sony Pictures, and Universal.

Working on Global Film Studio accounts the Account Manager / Senior Account Manager will be responsible for achieving Sales revenue and profitability targets, project planning, and managing an Account Executive or small team.

The company is headquartered in London with trading offices in Hong Kong, China, and L.A. and is experiencing rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

*Management of designated Key Client relationships (EMEA)
*Create and develop long term business relationships with existing and potential clients
*Oversee and strengthen activities in sales and new business development within your region
*Ability to understand, interpret and communicate client briefs
*Develop product ranges with the design team to present and execute on a global level
*Preparing & attending pitches & meetings when required
*Manage client expectations in relation to quotes, quality & timelines
*Strong management client pricing, licenses, relationships or complaints
*Implement the business plan and strategic vision; communicate to business unit employees
*Forecast accurately & deliver billing on time
*Problem solving
*Contribute to the increase of team revenue & profit margins
*Monitor and update Sales Order trackers, ensuring key dates are being met by the different departments. Escalate any queries or concerns
*Manage sales pipeline & opportunities on Salesforce CRM system
*Internal interaction with account management, creative, sourcing, purchasing and finance
*Sales & project planning
*Management of an Account Executive or small team

Key Skills:

*Working knowledge of the premiums/promotional merchandise industry within Europe
*A Proven track record in a similar role within this industry
*You'll be an outgoing, bright, relationship builder that enjoys face to face contact and identifying and developing opportunities
*You will be highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a proactive approach
*Demonstrate excellent client service, project management, strong communication skills, and value being part of a team
