Maintenance Electrician - Blue Chip Office - Central London - Temp to Perm - Up to £16.00 per hour / Up to £35,000

Exciting opportuinity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Central London. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance experience. He or she will be required to work alongside the maintenance team on site and the duties will include carrying out M&E / Fabric planned and reactive maintenance. This is a temporary to permanent role and after passing your temporary trial, you will have the opportunity to be offered or interviewed for the permanent position on site, which will pay up to £35,000.

The successful candidate will have knowldge of the below plant;

  • UPS systems
  • Power Distribution
  • Small installation
  • Control panels
  • BMS systems
  • Air Conditioning (AHU/FCU's)
  • Plumbing
  • Water treatment
  • General fabric
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Fire Alarm tests

Hours of work

Monday to Friday

  • Early Shift - 08:00am to 16:00pm
  • Late Shift - 09:00am to 18:00pm
  • Overtime available


  • Electrically biased / qualified (City & Guilds, 17th Edition)
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-Skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be immediatley available or able to start at short notice
  • Able to attend 'Call out' 1 in 3 weeks
