Business Development Executive

PR and Everything Inbetween are a growing PR, brand, marketing and social media agency. We’re focused on winning for our clients across a range of platforms, engaging their target audiences and growing their sales. We’re committed to finding new opportunities to increase revenue, drive customer loyalty and their influence.

We’re looking for a sales driven and ambitious executive to join the team and work alongside the managing director to grow the business over the next 12months. The role will include creating opportunities for the business within new sectors we are looking to expand into.

About the role

The starting salary for the role is £20k which will increase to £23k on successful completion of your probationary period (OTE circa £28k). Further salary increases will be ongoing based on performance and commission is uncapped. Further company benefits include twenty-seven days annual leave, travel, training and career progression.

Responsibilities:

-You will work in an office based environment focused on winning and outputs for clients.

-You will generate new business leads within our current sector and our target sectors.

-You will be responsible for building and managing a database of existing and new clients.

-You will continually contact your prospective and existing customers to generate business opportunities.

-High performance will be the key focus as well as demonstrating a responsible work ethic.

-Monthly commission structures are in place.

-Monthly incentive structure in place as well as additional periodic incentives.

-Daily/weekly /monthly targets are in place which you will be expected to meet and exceed.

You Must Have:

-A minimum of six months’ telesales/ customer service/ sales experience

-Excellent IT skills to work across Microsoft Office and oversee a CRM system

-The ability to motivate and focus yourself on winning outputs

-Be ambitious and sales driven

-Have plenty of confidence and focus

-Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

-Be competitive with a good balance of team ethic and spirit.
