-You will work in an office based environment focused on winning and outputs for clients.
-You will generate new business leads within our current sector and our target sectors.
-You will be responsible for building and managing a database of existing and new clients.
-You will continually contact your prospective and existing customers to generate business opportunities.
-High performance will be the key focus as well as demonstrating a responsible work ethic.
-Monthly commission structures are in place.
-Monthly incentive structure in place as well as additional periodic incentives.
-Daily/weekly /monthly targets are in place which you will be expected to meet and exceed.
You Must Have:
-A minimum of six months’ telesales/ customer service/ sales experience
-Excellent IT skills to work across Microsoft Office and oversee a CRM system
-The ability to motivate and focus yourself on winning outputs
-Be ambitious and sales driven
-Have plenty of confidence and focus
-Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Be competitive with a good balance of team ethic and spirit.
