The purpose of your new role will be to continuously grow the profitability on sector of their portfolio and to make it an essential provider of client marketing solutions for companies.

How you will make an impact:

·To lead the sales team, by example, meeting and exceeding personal and team targets by applying an approach that results in high value deals.

·To manage, develop, motivate and mentor your team, work closely with the Key Account Manager to identify key account clients.

Your Key Activities:

    Devise a sales strategy to achieve above and beyondAchieve personal sales targets and develop high-value commercial client partnersLead, manage and motivate the sales teams to create a collaborative culture of sales excellent with an audience/market focusWork on building sales incentives, games to encourage sales growth
What you will need to succeed:

    Proven track record in sales - have the ability to deliver high-value, personal sales across multi-platformsExperience - strong understanding of or background in both media and event salesStrong leadership skills and experience managing a teamHigh level of integrity, driven,dynamic, focused, approachable with a positive personality!
