Our client is an Insurance Brokerage based in the Watford area that is looking to recruit an insurance professional to be a senior member of the team. The ideal candidate will come from a commercial insurance background and have good administration skills as you will have office management responsibilities and support the Managing director.
This is a good opportunity for an insurance professional who wants office management responsibility and also is keen on managing and renewing existing clients, promoting excellent customer service and paying fine attention to detail.
Manage performance of the branch in addition to individual performance management
Renewal Invitations, Quotations, and New Business documentation
You shall also be responsible for chasing clients for renewal instructions, payment of policies, signed Terms of Business Agreements, and Proposal Forms and answering of office telephones
You may also be required to assist with lead generation, attend at exhibitions, and assist the Managing Director with any other work, Company or Personal as required
In addition to your normal duties, you may be required to assist other employees with their work or cover for other employee's sickness or holidays
Commercial Broking experience is beneficial
Insurance sector experience is essential
Good administration skills preferably Microsoft office skills including excel
Good customer service and client retention skills
