My client is an well know household brand based in West London looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join the CRM department in their thriving digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established brand who invest in their people's professional development and promote from within where possible.
You will be responsible for analysing the customer journey and experience across all divisions and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, to provide a better personal service and drive retention for the brand. You will develop strategies across all elements of customer experience to further enhance the user journey through analysis and provide actionable insights to the CRM teams. You will maintain up to date customer process maps for key customer journeys to form a single customer view that allows the brand to deliver a more tailored experience.
To be considered for this role you will have a sold background delivering Customer Experience solutions across digital platforms incorporating offline elements.
