1st Line Windows Support/Service Desk Analyst - Windows, Active Directory, ITIL

*1st Line Windows Support required by leading financial firm based in Richmond*

GAIN: Promotion to 2nd Line.

One of the biggest and most profitable financial firms, based in Richmond, are currently on the lookout for a 1st Line Windows Support/Service Desk Analyst (Windows, Active Directory, ITIL) to join a team of 8 in supporting 500 users.

Upon joining, the 1st Line Windows Support/Service Desk Analyst (Windows, Active Directory, ITIL) will work with a broad range of tech as well as be on hand to support 500+ users in the head office in Richmond. This being said, the 1st Line Windows Support/Service Desk Analyst (Windows, Active Directory, ITIL) should have some commercial experience of supporting users within a Windows environment, as well as being a very energetic and friendly team player personality really is key here.

There will also be opportunities to progress and get involved in higher level issues the company are very tech savvy, so lots of projects have been signed off that will allow the 1st Lien Windows Support to gain experience with everything from Office 365 to VMware!

In terms of technical skills, the 1st Line Windows Support/Service Desk Analyst (Windows, Active Directory, ITIL) should have good knowledge of Windows systems as well as Active Directory administration experience (adding users, password resets etc.). Any experience of working to ITIL would be highly advantageous as would any experience administering Exchange.
