My client is an innovative, medium sized, global digital marketing agency. Their services span across search engine marketing, social media, display and affiliate marketing, and data intelligence for UK and international clients. They have lots of personality, a great work environment with a casual dress code and a smart office in a great location in Central London. Overall, I would say this is an agency of problem solvers - always thinking of the best logical approach to do things better.

I am recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Person to work with the IT Manager to support the IT infrastructure of their growing UK business. The successful candidate will be responsible for a full range of IT support related tasks, from setting up PCs and new users, to supporting and maintaining systems and software. There will also be some opportunity to assist the IT Manager with ad hoc project work. The role will also involve some liaison with suppliers for IT procurement both hardware and software.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical support role, along with a solid understanding of PC operating systems and IT standards, including experience in supporting MS operating systems, Desktop and server side. A working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and Google Apps will be beneficial.


•Educated to Bachelor's degree level

•Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or IT Support Engineer role

•Experience with Windows desktop and user administration tasks in Active Directory is essential

•Basic network troubleshooting skills

•Good communication and documentation skills

•Good time-management skills and adherence to deadlines

•Strong work ethic with positive and flexible attitude
