Our client based in West London has an urgent requirement for a Payroll Administrator.

You must have experience of processing monthly payroll for salaried staff and all administration.

Duties will include:

  • Processing payroll on a weekly basis for all employees
  • Following up non-compliance to ensure all forms returned to deadlines and required quality
  • Generate required and agreed staff payroll information for all employees
  • Reconcile all payments made to employees for each payroll, following agreed reporting and authorisation processes
  • Production and distribution of payroll information to staff, payslips, P45, P60 etc
  • Staff expenses
