Job Title: Senior Sister ( RGN or RMN or RNLD )

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum + excellent benefits - salary is negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities

Hours: Full Time hours - paid breaks

Contract type: Permanent

*Salary equivalent to NHS band 5 / 6*

Further Details: We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled, experienced Registered Nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located in Guildford, Surrey. The Care Home was once a stunning private home that still contains original ornate features. In addition, they are surrounded by extensive beautiful grounds, an orchard, sensory garden and greenhouse, making it a lovely place to live and work. The home offers nursing care, residential, respite care for older adults. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment where each resident is treated as an individual. Staff morale is very high.

As a Senior Sister, you will be required to assist with the day-to-day running of the home and supervise junior members of the nursing team. You will need to promote a positive, proactive and caring attitude and ensure that care quality standards are upheld for the wellbeing of the residents. You will be responsible for carrying out and developing individualised care plans and will strive for improvement continuously.
