We are looking for a finance assistant who has experience on Sage 50 Accounts who will be working across multiple industry sectors including construction.
The role will include:
- Data input of purchase ledger invoices onto Sage, ensuring the allocations are against the correct nominal codes and departments.
- Data Input of sub-contractor invoices including CIS deductions and weekly payment runs.
- Reconciling the supplier statements and monthly payment runs.
- Running a daily backup of Sage Data.
- Adding monthly sales invoices onto Sage ensuring the allocations are against the correct nominal codes and departments.
Hours required are 08:30am to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

- To have a flexible attitude due to ad-hoc tasks needed to be undertaken as and when they are required.
- To have previous administrative skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
We are an independent, family owned care agency providing care and support to people living in Essex and Suffolk. We have been established for over 20 years and have successful teams over Essex and Suffolk.
We provide care daily, 365 days a year between the hours of 6am to 11pm and split this over 4 daily shifts (Morning, Lunches, Teas and Beds).
We will be able to offer every other weekend work or alternatively one day every weekend, with full or part time hours.
