Client Services Manager with fluent German - Brand Protection, London SE1
Salary: £36,000 p.a. + £4,000 bonus (performance related - OTE £40,000 p.a.)

World leading internet services and brand protection company requires client management focused individuals with fluent German and English, to work with leading clients in the EMEA market.

The ideal individual will have at least 5 years client management experience, plus fluent German and English. You will be motivated, looking for a challenge and keen to work in an exciting, rapidly developing industry. This is a lively and collaborative environment within a dynamic, fast-paced company that are leaders in their field.

Job Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage full life-cycle of service engagement
• Create adaptive solutions to address specific client needs
• Manage client expectations and service requirements
• Effectively develop and communicate data-driven recommendations
• Leverage internal and external software tools at expert level
• Work closely with internal team to create monthly deliverables
• Quickly identify and adapt to industry trends and client requirements
• Some travel is required

Minimum Requirements:
• Fluent German and English language skills
• At least 5 years Client Service or equivalent experience
• Corporate Client Service and/or Consulting experience a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to client & organizational changes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent time/deadline management skills
• Team player - ability to work with colleagues in multiple locations
• Minimum of BA/BS, Masters Degree preferred.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Background in Account & Project Management desirable
• Knowledge of trademark laws and internet practices is a plus
