Job Title: Business Operation Manager
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000
Benefits: 20% Bonus, Company Car and Benefits

Brief Description/Overview

The role entails liaising with the sales team of the business and to act as general overseer of this market-leading organisation. You will have functional accountability across a wide remit, influencing multiple stakeholders and functions of the business. You will be coordinating and enhancing the planning processes and operations of the business as the key individual for sales communications.

A premium drinks organisation with a strong presence within the FMCG industry. With a portfolio encompassing some of the biggest premium brands within the alcohol market, they remain focused on increasing client and customer enthusiasm and desire for the products.

Do you have?

*Experience working for a major FMCG company or drinks specific company.
*A strong background in operations
*Experience of managing stake holders
*Must understand the importance of working in a team and building strong/ trusting relationships with colleagues.
*An ability to develop and deliver strong insight led commercial selling stories for a premium brand
*Multiple channel exposure and operations experience
*Experience of presentation to exec / board level
*CRM experience, ideally within FMCG organisations
*Successful track record managing multiple simultaneous projects

*Highly organised and able to work within a highly-pressured environment
*Demonstrable proven track record of delivery and project management
*Self-motivated with the ability to work both on their own but also as part of a team

Key responsibilities

*Sales team metrics incl. measuring and delivery e.g Support Director of Field Sales & Sales Operations Manager to build longevity of brand equity and commercial return

*Plan structured planning processes including Integrated Activation Planning, Quarterly Brand review and Cycle Planning to enable seamless cross functional & channel alignment in planning and delivery

*Lead planning and delivery of customer immersion programmes (incl. events & trips).
*Event / Asset Management & Project Management
*First point of contact to assess potential events to ensure these are streamed to the relevant teams for execution
*Ad hoc management of varied projects
*Sales capability enhancement & development
*Ongoing development and updating all brand / channel sales structured selling stories
*Sales Toolkit overall content management
*Management of access and working with the CRM Manager to support sales with training on usage and best practice
