Greater London
Up to £55,000 + benefits + bonus

If you're a talented Insight Analyst looking to work for a company that are truly known to be market leaders within Customer Insight and are seeking a rare opportunity to work with cutting edge tools in a forward thinking environment, this may be the role for you.

An innovative brand, they've long been championing the use of data as a means of loyalty and customer insight. With hundreds of millions of rows of data available, their analysts are some of the most forward thinking and well known for the work that they do. You will be working in a vibrant environment, where the social side of work is just as important as the serious stuff. On top of that, they operate flexible working options and on top of a strong basic salary there is an exciting benefits package.

A SAS based role, you will be expected to take a lead in delivering insight to some of the UK's biggest brands. You will champion the use of customer data through various statistical methods and be expected to be both hands on and oversee junior analysts. The focus of your work may vary day to day, whether it be focused on the results of a campaign and the future suggestions or you may make recommendations on a particular segmentation or customer loyalty project - either way, the crux of the role is making commercially viable recommendations as a result of you and your teams work.

For those budding open source users, although traditionally a SAS based, you will be given an opportunity to utilise open source and big data tools in your day to day work. So if you've been looking to learn more about R or Hadoop, or fancy training up in something slightly different then there are lots of training options open to you.

The successful Senior Insight Analyst will likely have the following experience:

  • Educated to a degree level within a numerate or statistical discipline
  • Proven experience within a commercial analytical environment, with a focus on customer insight
  • Proven ability to code and model within SAS
  • Ability to translate technical requirements to a non technical audience
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior analysts
