Call Centre Quality Coach - Crawley - £20k
Our client has a brand new role available as a Call Centre Quality Controller/Coach. To join them in continuing to deliver an excellent service at all times
The main duties will be:
- Call listening and verifying the all inbound and outbound calls
- Making sure that the agents calls are compliant and adhere to industry regulations
- Liaising with the trainer and team leaders regarding the outcome of call audits
- Coaching agents on a 1-1 basis to gain continuous improvement across the call floor
- Writing up reports and updating records when necessary
Previous experience of call centre coach or quality and verification experience is essential. You need have great attention to detail and be able to offer constructive feedback. The ability to support, mentor and coach others is necessary.
This is a full time permanent position.
