Helpdesk Support Analyst - VOIP- Telecoms - Switchboard- Central London - £24k-£28k

Job Description

The primary role will be providing day to day support for all employees globally. First-level support will include HR related requests and basic end user requests associated with Voice over IP, trading systems, voice recording systems and switchboard systems.

The ideal candidate should possess basic telecommunications knowledge. The position requires intermediate experience using Microsoft Office products. Candidate must have good verbal and written communications skills as well as good customer service skills. Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities and possess good analytical skills.


  • Basic knowledgeable of Telecommunications is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of voice recording platforms is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of trading systems is a plus
  • Interfacing with all internal customers for daily support.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced organization.
