My client is an established primary school based within the London Borough of Southwark who are looking to secure a KS1 Phase Leader for September 2016 who will help develop and grow an already strong KS1 team. Teach In are a specialist permanent recruitment agency who are recruiting on behalf of a ‘Good’ Primary school within the London Borough of Southwark. The Headteacher is looking to secure a KS1 Phase Leader who could join the team on a permanent basis and lead a strong team of KS1 Class teachers. This role is open to candidates who are looking to take the next step in their career and the appropriate training and support would be given to the candidate who came on board. The school is a bustling primary with exciting things going on all the time. Children are consistently achieving well above the national average and teachers deliver a broad and balanced curriculum to ensure that each child is achieving and able to access learning. As a KS1 phase leader you will form part of the middle management team and work together with other leaders to ensure the highest standards are met.
