We are currently recruiting for a financial advisory practice based in the City to recruit for a marketing/telephone based vacancy paying an excellent base salary with the genuine opportunity to earn between 35-40k.
Our client is one of the leading practices within a national financial planning network and offer a positive and professional working environment. Despite the economic climate, they’ve doubled in size over the last two years and will continue to grow. It’s a busy, vibrant and professional working environment but with a good social element which always helps.
The successful candidate will work as part of a small, targeted team responsible for conducting calls and arranging appointments for our team of advisors. Candidates must have some experience in telemarketing and in working towards and hitting targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work on their own initiative. Some experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred although full training will be given.
The key duties of this position include:
- To carry out a number of daily outgoing calls to a highly professional standard.
- To generate the maximum number of face-to-face appointments for the sales team.
- To drive all activity to meet and exceed personal and team targets
- To assist the marketing team by providing clear feedback on personal results each week
