The Primary NQT that joins would be given full support from the senior leadership team. You will be an excellent NQT who can teach in a happy, positive environment and deliver teaching styles that differ to suit the needs of the children within your care. You will have a solid understanding of the curriculum and your preferred year group and be able to teach and develop your practice further.
