An exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team, marketing a globally recognised sports brand through trade and consumer marketing channels in both the digital, event and traditional media space. With a high level of independence, you will be tasked with planning and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives.

You will manage new and existing marketing initiatives with the objective of increasing brand penetration and delivering the company’s brand values to consumers. The role will work closely with sales, product development and design departments to deliver key messages to both trade and consumers through a variety of mediums.

Your role will include;
- Managing content for the website, communications and a variety of different collateral.
- Record and track marketing activity.
- Building market intelligence data sources for regular reporting to senior management.
- Event and trade show organisation and where necessary, attend trade functions to represent the business.
- Improve utilization of trade marketing.
- Liaising with design, PR and promotion agencies on marketing support projects.
- Manage relationships with advertising partners including sport relevant website, exhibition organisers.
- Manage youth and development player relationships including contracts.
- Liaising with internal product development, graphic design and sales teams.
- Supervising approved project marketing payments and recording expenditure.
- To co-ordinate product information between sales and marketing.
- To write product descriptions.
- Manage product data and information.
- Responsible for marketing material including point of sale and merchandise.

You will have the following skills and experience:
• A proven track record in a full mix marketing role, ideally in a premium brand environment.
• The successful candidate will be able to provide relevant and accurate example of cradle to grave marketing campaigns.
• A pro-active, can do attitude essential.
• Knowledge of mail chimp an advantage.
