The role is located within a Premium Department Store in Cambridge with a renowned reputation for providing an outstanding customer experience.

The Role:

  • Advising and consulting customers on the appliances in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrating the products.
  • Developing relationships and coaching colleagues on the products.
  • Ownership of department: Maintaining displays and promotional activity.
  • Supporting Events such as Road Shows, Exhibitions, and Trade Fairs.

The Candidate:

  • The desired candidate must be approachable, confident with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Interest or knowledge in Domestic Appliances.
  • Self motivated and enthusiastic.
  • A passion for providing an exceptional experience for customers.

The Package:

  • Salary: Equivalent of £19,000 - £20,000 pro rota.

This role is 3 days a week. Availability to work every Saturday and two Sundays a month.
