Main Responsibilities:

Carry out bedroom and corridor maintenance

Paint and decorate in the hotel

Examine finished surfaces of work pieces and retouch any defective
areas

Implement programmed maintenance cleaning

Maintain agreed stocks of replacement items for bedrooms and
corridors

Ensure guest rooms and corridors are in the required working order

Ensure all duties comply with Company standards and Health and
Safety standards

Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers

Report any health and safety issues on the floor

Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Personal Specification:

Knowledge and experience of the role
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and A/C
Previous experience in the hotel environment
Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
Ability to work on their own or in teams
Excellent grooming standards
Qualification in a relevant field
