I am currently recruiting for a well-established and successful Wealth Management Practice based near Guildford who are looking to recruit for an IFA Administrator. They work with both private and corporate clients, with a strong focus on pensions.

Excellent salary bandings of £20,000- £28,000 including 23 days holiday + bank holidays, pension contribution, and discretionary bonus.

Key Duties:
• Preparation of client reviews.
• Administration service to Financial Advisers  and Paraplanner.
• Analysis of client data and product research.
• Application processing.
• Preparation of board/management papers and agendas.
• Letters of Authority
• Ensuring FCA compliance standards are met.
• Liaising with product providers & other relevant third parties.
• General maintanence, recording and monitoring client annual reviews.

You must be able to hit the ground running, and have confidence within your work.
A very friendly and fun but professional team. Previous experience within Intelligent Office is preferable and Standard Life Wrap experience would be highly beneficial!
