Financial Reconciliation Analyst
Milton Keynes
Paying up to £23,500

This fun and vibrant employer in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit a Financial Reconciliations Analyst to join the Finance Team in their Head Office. Within this role you will be required to carry out a large volume of reconciliation and analysis work. The majority of this will be liaising with multiple sites and analysing any discrepancies between reported figures and stock.

Key Duties:

•Carry out daily reconciliations of all sites to the bank.
•Reconcile direct sales and their card transactions.
•Investigate and report any differences on figures.
•Carry out postings to the general ledger control accounts to enable analysis and investigation of differences.
•Communicating the necessary adjustments to the Site Managers and their Area Managers.
•Control and monthly reconciliation of petty cash.
•Bank reconciliations, in both GBP and USD.
•Analysis and process of miscellaneous charges and refunds for the customer service team.
•Processing of all stock ledger invoices including reconciling of invoices to goods-in documents.
•Supporting the Sourcing department with price checking against PO’s and standard costing.
•Any ad-hoc duties required by the team or your manager to ensure month end deadlines are met.
