Accounts Assistant-12 months
My Client is looking for the help of a proactive individual to join this busy team on a contract basis to cover maternity. This is a varied role and will involve many areas of accounts from sales invoicing, cash allocation, reconciliation of accounts, processing payments for materials, requesting copy invoices & statements, reconciling daily sales revenue and assisting with accruals and other month end duties, Nominal ledger coding and assisting with payroll. To be considered for this role you must be immediately available or on a short notice, be prepared op commit to this contract, be based locally and demonstrate relevant Accounts experience with good IT experience including a working knowledge of Excel. Candidates without accounts experience will be rejected.
