This position is with a specialist MGA providing niche products, dealing with a variety of lines. They are a small organisation, but are market leaders in their arena dealing predominantly with the UK market.
The successful individual does not require extensive insurance knowledge but, they must be organised, liaise well with individuals on the telephone and be willing to take responsibility for looking after a book of business, offer a personable and efficient service, liaise with the members on the phone, ensure service standards are met and ensure retention of members
There are approx 160 members, and the successful individual will be responsible for dealing with the administration and renewals of their accounts;-
- Taking calls from the travel organisations, ensuring they meet the criteria of the trade body ie have relevant financials in place.
- Gather all the information required for the Bond underwriter to be able to write and issue the Travel organisations bond.
- Ensuring information is passed to the underwriter, and when they have agreed to issue the bond, then invite and issue the renewals.
This role is not for an individual who is seeking progression, but who would like to have a role with some responsibility. Ideally applicants should have some insurance background, but this is not essential. If this role is of interest to you please contact us for further details.
